Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or have the ability to 'cancel' an order once it has been placed. We are happy to offer online store credit if the item is not used and is in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving item(s).

This does not include custom orders. These are not eligible for return or exchange. Discounted and sale items are final sale.

Please be mindful when ordering as we can not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. 

Please note: It is required that you track all shipments and package your return securely. We are not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

LLJS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please take care to provide a secure delivery address.
